Dramaturg/Director/Dancer/Musician
BIO

“A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
- William Shakespeare.

I live by this quote because I've often been told that I need to narrow down my interests and focus, otherwise I'm never going to amount to much. However, I've realized in learning new things and understanding different fields and areas, not only have I had the opportunity to develop new relationships and gain new projects within my work, but I've also been able to develop new skills and talents.

I started out as a musician with theatre interests, then started dancing. Now I'm a theatre practitioner who has performed dance internationally, works as a dance dramaturg and has also been able to still stay involved in music.

So I strive to be a jack of all trades to continue learning and growing is many new ways.
Artistic Statment
I am a show choir loving, dancing, singing, theatre maker who wants to make a difference and bring theatre to everyone, not just those who are naturally talented.
From birth we are told who we are by society. Art, and theatre specifically, is a beautiful tool to help us unlock the box we are put in. So I am an advocate for all to be able to make and create who they are and what they want to be.
As a religious person I believe that each human being is a son or daughter of our Heavenly Parents, and each person deserves the utmost respect. We are all human and need to understand that we all want what we feel is best, if we disagree, that’s okay.
Hard work is one of the best attributes to have. Talent doesn’t define you but hard work and effort help to refine who each of us is as an eternal being.
I will give a chance to those who work hard and have deep desires.
My passions do not always lie in the deep and heavy but in the fun and exciting.
I work hard to learn and grow in all the ways that I can.
As a dancer; I work hard and push myself.
I am a musician because that is my base.
I am a theatre person because theatre affects people.
I am my own person.
